They are slow to input info, remember this is the IRS .. paper & pencil.
I am actually quite shocked .. at how fast the "turtle" is moving.
@Anonymous
Oh yes we are below the threshold. Yes they made it appear to be that simple but of course it's not. Yes checked everyday under both our income no dice .
Somebody put them in the water XD Turtles are quite fast swimmers X'D

Ok I don't think we are getting anything for quite sometime, we are well below the threshold, but end of may early June, geez a little late then grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Wow... So some of the most vulnerable low income people will get their checks last. That sounds about right.

Yeah, waiting until June is not much of a "stimulus" for folks counting on the check to pay rent or put food on the table. And what ever happened to them using Social Security direct deposit info to get the payments out quickly??? My retirement SocSec hits the 4th Wednesday of the month and hit my account this morning, while my stimulus check is still scheduled to be printed & mailed this Friday.
But, I'm one of the lucky ones completely unaffected by all this. Retirement SocSec and part time employment that I really enjoy with the local county government in a position deemed essential and working my normal schedule. Well, one effect has been to reduce my spending to only basic essentials, so I swept today's SocSec payment to my Marcus savings, which is where my stimulus payment will end up. Sorry economy, you'll have to get stimulated without me, but god bless to all those struggling to get through this.
