Congrats.
BestEgg has consistently give pretty low rates. I got 10K for 7.6%, last month. FICO around 670 and heavy 53% Util at that time.
They have origination fee but they also offer a 0% for 6 months as short term assistance.
I had soft pull as this was my second loan, first one at 8.2% from last year.

@Anonymous Always nice to get a sp loan offer. I tried best egg, Lending Club & Prosper but they wanted to give me double digit rates. No thanks😁😆
Congrats on both PL and LOC! Any more DP you could share. Like DTI or Income? Also by getting both loans close together did you have to disclose that you have already recieved a PL when you accepted the 2nd loan? In the process of searching where to apply myself. Thanks!

Thanks so much @Anonymous!!
1) My DTI is around 30 percent. Income in the upper 5 figures. I do carry some balances on my credit cards. Approximately (4) cards carrying balances.
2) As for getting the loans close together, I actually apped for the Penfed loan before the Genisys one. I had an offer from Penfed but sat on it until I completed my loan shopping. Ended just taking the Penfed loan beacuse it was a very "decent" rate for them. So no, one lender doesn't have to know what the other is doing to answer your question.
Ok thanks for the info! Hopefully here in the next month or 2 I will be posting a thread sharing a loan approval similar to yours!
@Anonymous Look forward to hearing about your approval! Good Liuck!!
