Re: NFCU. MEMBERSHIP DENIED😢

I had to send all my information twice because they couldn't read my first send. I'm guessing they simply want to verify that you are who you say you are. I talked to them several times and that is what they told me. I had recently changed addresses and that was an issue, too. I just had to send more documentation. I sent more than was required and it must have done the trick.

It really was worth all the effort. It took about three weeks to get it all sorted out, but now I have two 25k cards and a CLOC for 15k. Good luck if you try again. Smiley Happy

I'm a little late to the party on this one so you may already have this resolved. But for "household member" elligibility, they want to see proof that the prospective member is "contributing to the household". That basically means you'll need to get a bill put into your name or at least get your name added to a bill, and cell phones don't count. It needs to be a utility, cable, internet, or something else attached to the address, not the person. I think if you get that taken care of, reapply, and send in a bill with your name and the house address on it, you'll be good to go. Good luck!
