We are still getting account statements....

The CLOC show open on credit report and for everyone...

the CLOC says checking line of credit frozen 

I spoke to a rep and they said most likely when i pay my account to 0.00 the account will restore itself...  there is a fraud alert from their security dept.  (i never went in person to a branch)

came down to they really didnt like me balance transfering everything to them so quick (even tho they approved it)

My mom and My credit card show closed

my grandmas and my aunts credit card shows open (with there cloc)
