They could eliminate all of that crap if they would just add TOTP. Ticks me off that not one of my banks or CUs offers me the ability to use Authy to get authentication codes.
I got this message yesterday. Security questions and 2factor have both been proven antiquated and ineffective. Yet, they are consistently used.
Security questions are universally terrible but 2FA is useful when done right.
