NFCU certificate

How long does it take to get approved for a certificate and for it to show up on the app?

I opened my EasyStart with funds from my savings.  It appeared almost instantly.

I funded a Special 15-Month Certificate a few days ago but nothing has shown up yet. I might have to call customer service.

UPDATE:

Called customer service, she said she couldn't see the certificate on her end either. Neither of us knew what happened, but she opened a new certificate and funded the account while I was on the phone. The account showed up almost instantly on the app.

NFCU customer service is awesome. The issue was resolved with a 3 minute phone call.
