NFCU email?

I applied for membership with NFCU last week but have not heard anything. I can call later but I just wondered is someone had an email for their membership department? Thank you for your help.

At the time, I was working and preferred to email. But no, not in general. I just find that if I don't do something when I'm thinking about it, I will get caught in the whirlwind of a 6 month old at home and completely forget until another inconvenient time. I make very good use of chat and email lol.

I'm not finding a email address just secured messaging that's only available to members.  Looks like you will need to call into customer service or use thier chat feature which is open to the general public.

Thank you so much for your help, I'm surprised that I didn't notice the chat feature when I was on the website. I ended up writing myself a note to call today during my lunch break and got it taken care of!
