NFCU transfer issues

I get a small amount DD to my checking account and usually transfer to savings. I tried tonight once my DD hit and it didn't load, then I tried again got an error message and it said to call? So as I am persistant LOL, I went on mobile app tried to transfer, it ask if I want to make a third transfer, but none are pending? I said no and shot them a message, just wondering if anyone has this glitch. Of course I keep "very little" in checking and can only do the intial transfer, hoping they just do the one and decline the second?

It's probably worth taking the 5 minutes to call them honestly.

Thanks was on hold for over 30 minutes, I hung up. I tried a transfer with DH'd account, worked fine.  It is obviuoslysomething weird with my account then.

Thanks was on hold for over 30 minutes, I hung up. I tried a transfer with DH'd account, worked fine.  It is obviuoslysomething weird with my account then.

30 minutes!? Yikes! Never had to wait that long for them before. Probably a sign that they're having issues and you aren't alone but I would be concerned that your transfers are both going to process.

@Anonymous  Well 45 minutes later, got it fixed. Said they were offline and just recently went back up, so i suppose that was the long wait on hold. They said one will go through and they other will not, all good with customer service as usualSmiley Happy
