I applied for membership over a week ago and was told they would let me know. I am using a deceased family member, my father. I received an email the next day, last Tuesday asking for a copy of my DL and a bank statement which I scanned and sent both in. I called last Thursday and was asked if I sent the itmes requested in and I told them yes. She said it had not been long enough in review for her to see anything to give them till this week. I called yesterday and the lady put me on hold, asked if I had sent the info. I said yes, put me on hold again and then came back and said to call bacl tomorrow if I had not received an email. Has anyone else ever expereinced this to get a memebership?

Yeah I was instantly approved based on my grandfather's service too and applied for credit on the same call. These delays actually surprise me quite a bit. They didn't even ask for ID or anything from me.
When I applied, I had a bit of a snafu, but it was because my reports had an alert on them. I ended up going to a branch in person and they immediately were able to verify my identity.
It sucks when you are in limbo. I hope you get approved soon.
