I can't say enough great things about this credit union. I called less than 30 minutes ago to set up my Share Secured Loan. In that time the whole process was explained to me in depth, the application was submitted and approved and has now been signed though their app. I don't think there's any financial institution I've ever dealt with has had the customer service and streamlined processes and interface of NFCU.
and......the loan is now funded and available in my checking account.
They are a great credit union.
