Hello FICO friends hope everyone is well. Any way has anyone received a Nfcu Survey? I received an email today stating if you take the survey you will get $10 credited in your savings account.

@gingerflower, I received the same email, and I too was wondering the same thing prior to reading your post. But I’m guessing it’s legit. My email says to complete it by 10 August to get the $10 credit.

Easiest way to check is to call the customer service number and ask. Alternatively, look over the email carefully. Are there any obvious spelling/grammar errors? What email address is this email coming from? Is the email formatted nicely with graphics and everything, or is it simply plain text?

If there are blatant and numerous spelling/grammar errors, the email account the email came from is some random gmail/yahoo account or some weird, long, nonsensical email address, and/or if the email is unformatted and simply a block of text, then it's most likely a scam/phishing attempt.

Ty for your reply on recieving the survey email. Exactly it says reply by August 10th 🤔 but, I got the email yesterday the 17th very odd.

Received a second email for survey which now says Complete survey by Aug 25 to receive $10 to your savings.

Hmmm. I got the survey but no mention of $10 credited to savings. Well, in the trash box my survey goes.
