Payoff/Happy Money Grace Period?

Does anyone have any experience with a PL through Payoff/Happy Money?  I'm curious about making a payment day after due date.  They said they don't have a grace period but also don't charge late fees and seemed to indicate it wouldn't be an issue.  Just curious if there is any negative impact?  I know it won't be 30 days late but not sure if it goes into default status instantly.  There's nothing real clear in the promissary note.

Since you don't know, you shouldn't take chances. You should pay it on time.
