There is the Main PayPal Account
There is the PayPal Debit Mastercard (Just a debit for the PayPal) (You can link the SmartConnect to it though)
There is The PayPal Mastercard and Ebay Mastercard if you get declined for that it will try to approve for PayPal SmartConnect (These producrts are thru Synchrony Bank (formerly GE CAPTAIL)
There is PayPal Credit (Formerly Bill Me Later) now with Comenity

Thank all of you for your answers. While I do have some minor differences of opinion(like on that analogy, as it shouldn't be hard for people servicing paypal to realize there are multiple lenders, as I just learned in a number of hours..and it isnt even my job...lol?), I still havent had any sleep an catch up on that later. I'm very grateful to all of you, and appreciate you being gentle. I'll feel better after some sleep, especially now that I have figured matters out.
I do not have any major beef, just to be clear. It was just a frustrating, one time ordeal, which I have learned from and won't have to deal with again. I just find it hard to believe I am the only person, even on here, let alone in real life, who has done this. Ten minutes during training to offer a possible answer...ahh never mind, maybe the lack of sleep has me talking nonsense. lol
I could start a new threa for Newegg, but after GIANT increases from much smaller amounts on Walmart and Lowes, and a huge increase on a similar SL on Amazon through credit solutions(who apparently doesnt handle Newegg), after about 15 minutes of combined hold, Newegg came back with a no increase, and not even a counteroffer, I'm guessing this should be in its own thread?
Overall, EXTREMELY HAPPY with Syncrhony in the last 10 or so hours!!!! i FINALLY have started to feel like the high rollers on here(lol), after having some MINIMUM opening SLs which made me nervous. Again, a shoutout to Bodbyboy1(although I'm still bitter for directing me to grab a pair of comenities about 2 days before he closed all of his comenities! lol) for pimping out that # aggressively in the thread, and some other user(I forget her name) saying that she put it in here phone, which led me to do the same, which then led me to call it on a whime last night bitter about various things and trying to see if I could get something to go right....and it did!!!! Hats of to credit solutions, and hats off to you folks for being gentle with me, especially wheile I was still reeling from having a surprise BAN from NFCU over a misunderstanding which had folks telling me I was minutes away. What a sucker punch it was, but I can smile about it now, and AM. I hope I can inspire the next person who faces something similiar to manage their reaction maybe somewhat better than they normally would have.
Now I'm curious if I should try the Cap1 clis before it sleeps, thanks to the assist from my good fellow UncleB. Might be too early, but we shallsee. And by we, I am referring to the Royal We.

As you know by now there are multiple PayPal products and one isn't going to know about the account from others anymore than Amex would know if you called them about your Citi Hilton account as they have one also or Citi would know if you called them about your Barclays AA account as they also have an AA account.
Hi, I'm curious to larn why some folks prefer they don't report. Does it have to do with 0% on the balance and being more comofrtable taking advantage of such being the balance doesnt report?
I was just miffed to find out because I've paid a couple times on tme, and thought I was helping to build my credit. Now I know! 
Thank you all for your answers and general comments, and feel free to keep them coming. We do this for the children. Like Whitney Houston(RIP), I believe they are the future. In a couple of years, some kid who is getting plastered for the first time right now, may log on here and save themselves a bit of frustration. Or Paypal may make some changes by then. Who knows?

Yes you can take advantage of the credit limit and 0% offers without being concerned about any impact on credit scores because of high utilization. Also it is one less account that other creditors can see and think that you have too much available credit.
