PenFed OLOC question

On my PenFed account page it shows the overdraft line of credit but says there is $0 available balance. I haven’t used it so I am confused. This is a brand new just applied for account. Does it take time to show up?

I'd give them a call.  It should show that there isn't a balance if you haven't used it but availabe credit shouldn't be $0 either.  See a pic of what it should look like.

Give it a couple days. I just got mine last week and it took about 3 or 4 business days to show an available balance.
