PenFed PLOC app process?

Anyone used the online application process to apply (cold) for PenFed's PLOC recently?

I tried this afternoon, but got an error message about my loan amount and payment combination wasn't valid.

Did you request 25k(max, I think?) on the app? Did you have any trouble? Do they counteroffer limits?

The application process is fairly straightforward.  Just keep in mind that they have capped the request amount to $20K, IIRC.  If you request anything higher it may yield an error.  They can counter-offer sometimes, but it's profile-dependent.
