I have had a Penfed LOC for while at $15K. I am thinking of going for another $5k; however, not sure if the process is HP, etc. Has anyone gone through the process? Thank you.

The max IIRC is $20K these days. It'll be a HP. They're typically more conservative on PLOC CLIs than they are on CCs. Good luck if you decide to go through with it.
