Hi @XtraCredit - Sorry to make you worry! Our planned maintenance went longer than originally anticipated. All payments that were scheduled to be sent during our maintence went out successfully and on schedule.
As a general reminder, if your payment was not received within the timeframe projected at time of Payment review page, prior to submission, you are covered by our Delivery Guarantee. Under the guarantee, we will reimbursement any late fees associated to the payment which may have accrued between the quoted delivery timeframe and actual delivery. For more details, see: https://help.plastiq.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000910333-Plastiq-Payment-Guarantee
Also, you can reach our support team at support@plastiq.com at any time. Thank you for your understanding.
Edit (3/14): We have since become aware of a very limited number of payments that will arrive after the originally projected timeframe. Our support team is proactively reaching out to affected customers to making things right, per our Delivery Guarantee. Thank you for your patience.
I think this thread was how we discovered Plastiq.
Not the best of introductions but I guess all publicity is good publicity.
It has been very helpful in business. Since card A was expiring its interest free period, we were able to get a new card B (which we wanted anyway) and pay a bunch of vendors with card B on Plastiq which will allow us to pay off card A completely from cash flow before any interest hits.
Since card B has 1.5% cash back, the effective interest rate on one years' borrowed money is 2.5% - 1.5% = 1%. Free money, as long as it lasts.
Of course the usual cautions of debt like this, be careful to know what you are doing and how your cash flows will stack up.
