Have used lightstrem and wonderful experience although wasn't for a pool. Good rates overall when I used them being the best personal loan rates offered at the time but obviously to get best rate you gotta have if I recall correctly > 800 credit score if I recall correctly. Also believe be ready to provide POI as well if use lightstream but awesome company to work with overall for personal loans if one is needed.
