Hey all,
I have a question regarding NFCU's internal score that I'm hoping someone can shed some light on. I have read in several posts on the forum of people knowing their NFCU internal score. I can't seem to find out what my internal score is. I recv'd my 3rd CC from NFCU in the mail today (actually the cashRewards replacing my now graduated nRewards) & called NFCU to inquire about my internal score. The gentleman I spoke with said that anytime you obtain a credit product from NFCU, the internal score is on the paperwork you receive. I looked over every inch of the paperwork that came with my card today, plus pulled all of the paperwork that came with my 2 prior NFCU cards & all I see is the FICO score. If anyone can enlighten me on where to look or how to obtain my individual internal score from NFCU, I would really appreciate it.
I may not get an opportunity to log back on tonight so, for anyone who may respond, "Thanks in advance."

The only paperwork I've received that listed my Navy Federal score was when I was denied for a card. Nothing else I have received has that stated, and I don't believe you can access it online.

That CSR is partially correct. The internal score is included on Adverse Action paperwork you receive --- so if you were denied or weren't granted the full amount requested for a CLI, you would receive a letter stating why and that letter would include your internal score. Otherwise, you won't be made aware of your internal score.

Thanks @Matt9543 & @thornback
Thank you for your responses. This, then, brings to the surface another question. On the date that my nRewards card unsecured, my CL went from $500 to $2,000. That same day, I requested a CLI to $5,000 on the card. They raised the CL to $4,500 within 2 hrs. In addition to receiving my new cashRewards card in the mail today, I also received the Notice of Adverse Action (in a separate envelope) telling me that they were unable to approve the full request of $5,000 but that my CL had been increased to $4,500. That letter states that they used info from Equifax & provides my Equifax Fico 9 score. The score provided exactly matches my Fico 9 score on my NFCU acct. However, the letter doesn't provide an internal score of any kind. I'm kind of ???? at this point.

That is quite interesting. I have only been denied for the flagship rewards before, and it listed the internal score for me.

I appreciate your feedback. It's not a big deal. I thought maybe there was something staring me in the face that I was overlooking. I guess not. I'm at 2 cards with NFCU (with a combined CL of $15,500) so I'm going to "assume" my internal score is ok.
Thanks again!!!

huh... that is very interesting.
The last AA letter I received was for my very first CLI request back in May 2019 -- and it contained my internal score, not my F9. So I guess maybe they've changed that practice since...??
If you post this in the massive Navy thread (https://ficoforums.myfico.com/t5/Credit-Card-Applications/Navy-Federal-Thread-for-CLI-and-Additional...) you'll likely get more members to chime in on their most recent experience with AA letters and whether or not they contatined internal scores... from that we could probably determine whether it's their new general practice not to provide it, or if your case is just a one-off.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

This ^^^^^^^^^^^^
Thank you as well. Maybe they have changed practices & are now not releasing the internal score to members? Also, thanks for reminding me of the "massive" Navy thread. I'll post my question there & see if anyone has recent experience in regards to AA letters & score provided.
Thanks!!!

Here was my response regarding that info.
Thanks for taking time to respond to my question though.
