Surprising Lightstream Approval 😁

Upon Closing on my my New Home Purchase, I mapped out a few cc approvals and lined up a Personal Loan. I wanted $30K for Renovations on my newly purchased Victorian Home. It has had some renovations done but not fully completed. Anyway, I applied not thinking I'd get approved and they countered me at $16.5K @ 4.69% 60mos TU pull 748 F8 21 Inqs. Income $127K 3% UTI

I bank with DCU (CC, Auto, Checking/Savings) so I attempted to pickup the remaining from them on the Personal Loan. They countered me @ $10K 60mos 7.5% EQ F8 742 18 Inqs 3% UTI.

Congratulations!! I also just got a surprising rate from Lightstream — I had gotten a few offers from other lending companies and it looked like I'd be paying around 11 % interest, but Lightstream surprised me with a much better rate. Welcome to the Lightstream club!
