Says initial limits may be as low as $100 per day... do they send that info with the credit card or how can you see if your limit is increasing?

Not sure if you can be declined for a Target debit card, but I do know someone at my job that was declined for a Nordstram debit card, which I thought was odd ... but, it can apparently happen.
