Ok last August I joined USAA, they requested ID verfication. I sent numerous  documents through the email they provided. This went on for weeks, one rep would say they couldn't see it, then another said they could and this went back and forth for quite sometime. I finally gave up. I still get emails and offers for credit cards, so I thought I would see if I needed to rejoin or resend yet again.

I called the rep said I could upload and gave me site , I went on through my phone and entered my info, tried to upload my documents and it stated memory was full. Now I am not very tech savy, so I am not sure if this is on my end or theirs?. I tired to free up space on my phone but still won't work and then I tried to get to site from my tablet and can't even reach it uggggg. Where are my kiddos when I need them😯

So I sent it through email again and I am hoping it works.

USAA is good but there are better banks/CUs out there.  If you're elligible for USAA you are probably elligible for NFCU, and I personally think they're better.

Sorry you're struggling with this.

I would try the upload site on a real computer and see if you have better luck. Some webpages just aren't built for mobile devices and may not behave properly. 

I would also echo the other folks here that USAA has really lost its competitive edge but if they have what you need I wish you the best of luck!

Well then, join my Never USAA club...   You and I can be the founding members. My DW can't join our club, since she has accounts with them, but she has no love for them and wants to start the Never Again USAA club.
