I'm kind of amazed by this. WF is one of those lenders I had burned many years ago on a Propel Amex card ($2k or so) I had and also had a charged off checking account with. I owed them $700 or so, but after BK, apparently that debt was also wiped out. Lo and behold, I apply online for these accounts and got instantly approved no problem. I hope I might be able to reestablish a good relationship with them in the long run just like how I've had my Bank of America, Penfed, BB&T accounts opened for so many years.
I wanted DCU to be like that too, but I've already written about my debacle with them and how I still haven't gotten any calls back from them despite trying to follow up on Facebook, but that's a whole other topic. It's been a super great day overall for things like this and I couldn't be more excited to see where this all goes.
