Is there any way to join NFCU without -
1. Never been in the military
2. No family members in the military
3. No in laws in the military
4. My wife is not in the military
Any thoughts ?
Thank you all in advance.
There was a backdoor way to get in but they closed that loophole last year I believe. I think you may be out of luck. Your only option that I am aware of is living with someone who is already a member. Others will hopefully chime in soon.
Be someones "roommate" who is a member

You can’t just be a roommate, you have to be responsible for household expenses and have proof of it - lease and utility bill for example. They heavily audit these and won’t hesitate to shut down the accounts of people who are busted.
There is no way to get into NFCU without their eligibility criteria being met. At least not any way to keep your membership so don’t waste the HPs.
PenFed is a good second choice that anyone can join, there are others as well like Langley, DCU, etc. Also check for your local CUs, you would be amazed some of the offers even smaller ones can have.
Get a mistress that's in the military and pay half her bills. That should do it. lol
Kidding...well maybe a little.

There are no (more) loopholes for NFCU. They exist for military and family. Without the qualifications you won't be able to join.
There are some CUs out there that are open to anyone (or open if you're willing to donate to a certain organization) but NFCU is pretty strict about having to meet the actual requirements, which makes sense since they are intended for military and family only.
The Navy League and BAE loopholes to join Navy Federal were shut down in 2017. I did join NFCU using this method in 2016 when military reliatives were not part their filed 9f membership.
Even though you may not be able to join NFCU, there are a good many credit unions that offer the same services that NFCU does. For instance, SDFCU offers the best rates on secured credit cards and secured loans. Alligant FCU offers loan options similar to NFCU. Just do some research and you will be able to find a credit union you are looking for.
