Finally showing some progress in rebuilding my credit, but lastly need a $6000 debt consolidation loan. Any suggestions. No payday loans.
All 3 FICO 8 scores around 650.
One Main wants collateral. UPstart approved, then denied when I had 1 inquiry in last 30 days.
I would even consider a hard money loan to get past this last hurdle.

Are you doing this for 1 easy payment? I would think that at 650, any loan offers will be a high APR that may be around what you are paying now. Either way, I feel your best best would be a credit union.
Exactly. I need a stable monthly payment over a few years.I realize I wont get a great rate, but I need to get rid of these. These are a bunch of misc. high interest loans ( a few months left on the last payday loan). Moving expenses, etc.
I have had a PenFed account for years, before my credit problem. They usually need a 700. Anyone have any CU suggestions for a mid 600's score ?

Do you have anything that could be used as collateral, like a vehicle that is paid for and has a clear title?
Have you tried Sofi? I had 4 inquires and 2 credit cards within the month they offered me a 12.5k personal loan, they seem to be better than most of the others out there I tried who denied me
This is super late but I'm just seeing this...if you have a PenFed account and you apply for a personal loan, they will show you if you are pre-approved for a loan (giving you an amount and a rate). If you haven't already gotten this resolved, check there first and see what they show you.
