7 year rule from which of these dates?

I have one last collection account lingering on my Equifax report...

Lexington Law has gotten the same account removed already from Experian and Transunion 5 months ago, so I'm not sure why it's not coming off Equifax.

(On a side note, should I just send a letter to Equifax myself showing that the account has been removed on my other two reports, why not yours?)

Anyway back to my question, if LL is unsuccessful in getting it removed, from which of the below dates does the 7-year removal date begin?

Date of 1st Delinquency: 05/2011 ($188 original debt)
Date Assigned: 12/2012 (I assume this is when it went on my report)
Last Payment Date: 07/2016 (This is when I paid the collection account hoping for a removal)
Date Reported: 09/2017
Balance Date: 09/2017
Status Date: 09/2017

Re: 7 year rule from which of these dates?

Collections must be excluded by the CRA no later than 7 years plus 180 days from the date of first delinquency (DOFD) on the account with the original creditor.

FCRA 605(c).

The CRAs routinely exclude at 7 years from DOFD.

However, the max statutory exclusion period is 7 years plus 180 days from the reported DOFD.

It would be your DOFD

Date of 1st Delinquency: 05/2011 ($188 original debt)

Re: 7 year rule from which of these dates?

It's on your credit report within the payment history.  It will show the DOFD like - 30, 60, 90, 120 and CO (Collections).  Hope this helps

I have never seen it listed on a 3rd party credit report platform OR none that i have ever used anyways.. You would need to get it off the reports that

https://www.annualcreditreport.com  gives you.. It will show you the DOFD and the projected date its due to fall off..

Other then that you will need to order your report by mail from all 3 bureaus.. Each bureau will charge a fee.. I cant remember how much but its not to bad though.
