A new day, a new question...

I am confused but NEVER giving up!

I have thee cc accounts listed on my cr that are all paid up, but have are listed as open even though I haven’t used them in years (Express, JCrew and Macys) I called each of the ccc and they have no record of me at all and they even said that the accounts should not be on my cr anymore (not sure that is right, these accounts are not yet 7 years old)

What is the best option here? Reopen the accounts? Close the accounts? Dispute with cra? Or just leave them be….there are no late payments or dings associated with them as far as I can tell.

If there are no lates or negatives associated with them, I'd let them be. Their payment history and age are helping your scores. No need to reopen them.
