ARGGG Cap 1

I got a alert saying Cap one reported an over the limit account, well, the account has been closed and CO since 2003. One of these days I am going to learn how to get rid of them.

Re: ARGGG Cap 1

No, I am TRYING to get them to work with me and so far have been told the account is so old that we wouldn't work out an arragement.
I think they no longer have records and just don't want to admit it and delete it.

They see a balance owed but can't prove how it got that high, there is no transaction history.

Re: ARGGG Cap 1

I got the same alert from them.  I know for a fact that I don't have any accounts with them that are over the limit.  I'm an AU on my daughter's account and I submit her payments for her.  She's under her limit and almost at 50% util with them.

I have disputed 2 AU accounts with them that I don't even know who they are so the only thing I can think of is they're trying to get back at me for requesting that they investigate these accounts & remove the derogatory information from my account since I'm not legally responsible for them anyway.

They are crooked people.
