ARS Account Resolutions -

Here's the deal I am working on my credit and am at a point where I can afford to pay off (6) Accounts With ARS in Full. 

Who here has dealt with them? I read they are good with deleting after payment. I only have 2 other accounts than these medical, if I can get these removed I will be well within reach! 

Any advice is appreciated.

Have not dealt with them but these are the normal steps to go through with medical collections

For unpaid medical debt that is reporting on your CR:

1. Call the OC and see if insurance can be billed, if not then
2. see if you qualify for Charity Care, if not then
3.  ask that they recall the collection in exchange for full payment
4. Send the reporting CA a PFD offer
5. Google the HIPAA Process and contact its creator for help

I have and they deleted the account even with a settlement payment!  They were very pleasant on the phone and gave me instructions on how to request the deletions.  After you pay which I would settle because they will still delete, they gave me an email with instructions on what to state.  The very next day I got an attached letter stating they are requesting deletion from all cra's. I looked on my husband's report and they are all gone!
