Account shows as unknown instead of current, open or closed. What to do

Can someone let me know what I should do with this account, its my oldest account listed on Experian however is shown as unknown(not closed, current or open)

Should I try and remove it or let it be??

Deletion of this account will cause you to loose not only your oldest account, but its positive contribution to your AAoA.

This creditor will fall off your report without you doing anything.  As another poster said, let it be!

While I am still new I do know to let it be. My best friend disputed something as small as a 5 year 30 day late on an acct that had been on his report since 99 and they DELETED THE WHOLE trade line. Completely changed his AAofA and took one of the good accts off of his report. Needless to say he lost about 30+ points and is trying his hardest to get it back!

Under payment status shows "Account transferred to another office"  Account Status shows closed however under Mervin's it says unknown instead of current/open/closed. So I will let it be. The account was opened in 1998 so i wonder why stills shows up!

Hello, I had 3 accounts that was just like this one, each account was just posted in 1 CRA at a time. I disputed directly with CRA's and it came off, maybe for 1 account I had to do it twice.
