Advice for DW Collection

I am looking for some advice on how to possibly get a paid collection removed from the DW credit report. This is for a gym membership that she had, she was overwhelm while getting her doctorate that this slipped into a collection, she paid it off. It is only reporting to TransUnion and this is the only negative item in her entire credit file.

Also if anyone has any contacts for the company above that they can share it will be greatly appreciated.

When was the first date of delinquency on the account?

It has a removal date of 3/2018.

I am guessing it was 4/2011.

That is odd because the CA is reporting they received it 2/15/2011, before it was ever sent to collections.

Yes this whole did is odd, especially since the DW is meticulous on paying things on time. This one just slipped her mind since she wasn't going to the gym. 

Apparently this company handles invoicing and payments for other gyms, tanning salons and other companies. It also has it own collection departments, which is probably why they didn't report it late until 4/2011.

Since it is paid the only thing to be done is GW letters asking for it to be removed.

Send it to the address on the CR.

ETA:  I just saw you said email address lol.  Sorry.
