Good Morning , So ive sent a few GW emails to an exec over at FP to have a few baddies from 2 years ago removed since ive been exceptional since. To Sum it up she wrote me a letter stateing that they have allready sent me a letter saying that they are only obligated to report the correct standing and not obligated to remove any "baddies" for me and this is the second time sending me a letter and will no longer respond to my emails or letters and If I have any other questions to ask some one else and she left me that persons information.
Should I just keep sending her emails and Certified Mail ? What should my next step be because I would love and Need to have these baddies removed !! Any help would be great
Anyone with any suggestions or Info would be greatly appreciated !!
I would probably try to side step her and find another contact. For PG&E, I just sent mine to the corporate office and one to the local office care of "closing bill unit" and one of them worked. Also, I never did use Certified Mail for GW's, it just seemed demanding. I hope someone can answer with some better advice or another conact for you.
Good Luck
any one have any ideas or suggestions....i refuse to give up !!
Ditto to the previous poster. Ignore her and definitely don't send GWs certified mail. Also, avoid the execs. It's not that common to find an OC/CA where the execs get their hands dirty. The ones who make it work most of the time are the folks in the mailroom dungeon. I'd send GWs to the address(es) on your CRs. Also, send GWs to their main corporate address and try any address listed with the SEC. Finally, try finding the address listed within their state's agency that handles banking, credit, etc. Sometimes you might find an extra address that way.
Keep your GWs brief too and re-write them monthly as you send a new round of GWs.

Thanks for the Input llecs the woman I sent it to is an Exec there. Im going to email the person she refered me too if I have any questions and keep bombarding FP with emails. All I want is old baddies removed since ive been nothing be great since that rough patch. Im going to modify my GW right now.
When I was GW'ing a paid medical collection, I googled the crap out of the CA. I was able to find two different offices, a VP, a Pres, and a few other contacts. I never even made it to the President before it was deleted. Heck, at one point I had the VP's LinkedIn page lol.
Yeah I sent an email to another representative earlier today so we'll if I get a response from them at all. Fingers are crossed !!
I have been trying to delete a couple of 30 days lates with them. Does anyone have any contact information for them?
Thanks!
