Any Advice On Getting Portfolio Recovery To Delete?

I am so close to being able to start house hunting. I am trying to get a delete on one of my last baddies. Has any one had any success with Portfolio Recovery? I paid the debt in full in May (before I knew about PFD). I have sent GW letters via snail mail and email with no luck. I appreciate any advice you might have. Thanks!

July 2013 score: EQ FICO 819, TU08 778, EX "806 lender pull 07/26/2013
Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+
Take the myFICO Fitness Challenge
Current scores after adding $81K in CLs and 2 new cars since July 2013
EQ:809 TU 777 EX 790 Now it's just garden time!

June 2017 update: All scores over 820, just pure gardening now.

I would enjoy this same information as I have a $414 Collection with them and want to know the best option to move forward on fixing this account.

Does the information you're sending out have anything to do with them reporting as a factoring company and/or adding on bogus payments? If so, I would appreciate some help as well. Thanks!!
