Any Experience with Verizon - Residential service???

I am looking for the best advice about getting rid of a Verizon utility reporting, it shows it reported 11/09.  This bill is for a residential phone line, and it is for $267.  We moved in May of 09 & this old bill just got overlooked I guess????  Anyways, and advice about how to go about getting it removed? Should I offer a PFD, or is there another way to do this?

Unless you disagree with the bill, the only option is to send a PFD. They have accepted PFDs in the past but you'll have to be aggressive.
