sending DV letters to diff CA's trying to collect on same debt!

I was just thinking if i only sent a debt validation letter to the CA that only shows up on my credit report (lvnv) would they be able to come back with one of their "sister" companies like resurgent ( which I have already received) LVNV is a PO Box and i bet money they could come back and say they never received my letter even though i would send it certified with return receipt.

Am i just being paranoid or over thinking my decision?

I have DV letters printed to resurgent (not on credit report but they sent me a letter)

I also have DV letter going to LVNV (on credit report) i also let both companies know i am sending copy letters to each company letting them kinda know i know they are probably trying to collect on the same debt that they have yet to prove i owe them.......

am i crazy? yes...no

am i crazy? yes...no.............That is there strategy to make you pay.LVNV did that to me also.

But when they served me papers to court, I paid for a delete, before the court date.

The reason you feel this way is, you don't have a plan of action. So take a breathe and

make a decision on how to fix this problem. You will feel better when you have a plan.
