Any help for first premier

Yesterday my reports updated to
0 balance

I have been sending over and over
and used the email found on the forum
No luck

Thanks to many post on here I learned not many had luck. And they will not delete

My question
On the letters there's different addresses
Was thinking to send to each one
Did sent another email
Response letter denied

All you can do is keep sending a letter every month or so until it either drops or they grant thr goodwill
