Anyone have luck with PFD with NCC Business Services?

Has anyone had any success with NCC Business Services in Jacksonville FL? I have a collection with them and have been sending PFD for a few months with no response (they did respond to DV). I have been offered the full amount. Does anyone have a name of someone higher up I can try to contact?

Same boat here. They responded to the DV and I've sent them 2 PFDs but no response to either of them. The PFD were for the full amount as well.

These people will not budge on a PFD.  EVER.

Strange I posted the same question.  They have told me NO today, and assume they will tell me the same thing again.  They are extremely rude, and unrelenting with a PFD.  They want the FULL amount NOW.

Well I dont have the full amount right now. I was hoping that they would budge but I guess im screw too. Whats a PFD?
