I removed my husband as authorized user but the trade line is still showing n his reports. This credit card had late payments so we would like to dlete it if possible. Should he dispute with credit bureaus? I just talked to chase on another issue and they said if he is just authorized user it should not be reporting to the credit bureaus and to dispute it.
Most CCs only update once per month. Had a statement date come and gone since requesting the removal from the AU? Disputing it is an option too since the account isn't yours. AFAIK, Chase CCs report AU as you expereinced firsthand.
