BEST APPROACH

I'm currently dealing with GEMB....   I have a 30, 60, 90 day late on my CR's.      I'm still making payments to them each month....l havent been late in over a year.   What is the best approach to maybe getting them to remove those 3-4 times I have been late?     Any advice is greatly appreciated.    Thx

Re: BEST APPROACH

Is this account a charge-off or do you still have a open line of credit with GEMB?

I'm sure people have gotten lates removed before actually pif, but if you're not planning on apping for anything (CC, car loan, home loan, etc) anytime soon why not just wait until you pif to try and get the lates removed?

Re: BEST APPROACH

I just had success with a GW letter for 1 30 & 60 day later with  an open account with HSBC.  Taking the GW approach certainly won't hurt you any.

You should check out this thread if you want, I'll PM the email.    "CRA's ignoring creditor's request to delete lates?"
