Hi All, I want to email the CEO's office of BMW Financial Services, to see if they will GW remove a few late payments marks on my credit from during the pandemic. This is for an auto loan that has since been fully paid off. I have been searching but I cannot find the contact email for that office. Does anyone know where I can find it? Thank you!

My advice is to write a letter. Emails are too informal in my opinion. I've helped a lot of people with their credit and I insist they use the USPS.

I know this thread is kinda old but, did you ever get incontact with the CEO of BMW Financial Services? Or were you able to get any help from them with this?
