I have a bank of america credit card charge off, it was officially charged off in March 2009. It has never been sold to a collection agency or anything and I haven't heard from them. I am trying to clean up my credit and this is the only thing on there that I don't know what to do about. The SOL for being sued is 4yrs and I am within that so I have to be careful that I dont wake the sleeping giant. I dont even know if they still have the records or why it is still with them and not sold since its 9K.
