CA not reporting, but calling me.

I have a CA by the name of CBE Group Inc calling me, but they are not on any of my reports.  I did some research and they are a CA for Verizon Wireless I guess.  Now I do have Verizon on my reports, but I have paid Verizon directly for this debt.  Verizon is still reporting that I owe them, but that is not the case.  Any suggestions?

Dispute with the CRAs as paid in full, mail them a copy of your payoff as well.

As for the CA, you can send them a letter not to contact you. Or ignore them until it is removed(30 days?).

CBE was on my sister's report for DirectTV.

DV them CMRRR    at the same time dispute the reporting of Verizon!  You do not need to send a copy of the paid bill or anything else!

The CRA will contact verizon.....if Verzon doesn't correct their reporting then they are in violation
