I am in the final stages of rebuilding my credit and have came from a low of 458 FICO to my current FICO of 677. CACH is one of my last CA listed on all credit reports. I've sent a PFD to them about 2 weeks ago but have not heard back from them. I owe under $1200. Does anyone have any encouraging information, contact email or PFD knowledge about CACH?

I have not dealt with these guys in the past but I will say a PFD is not something that they have to even answer and some dont all you can do is wait 30 days, check your CR to see it they are still reporting as sometimes they dont have collection authority anymore and they just delete and if still reporting then fire off another PFD to the office of the CEO or President. You can also make a phone call in an attempt to make a PFD but one granted in writing is the gold standard. Good luck ![]()

I've tried every way possible to get this CA to respond to a request to make payment. Telephone calls are even ignored which is rare for a CA. I'll keep trying.

If you cannot get them to respond to anything then a complaint to the CFPB may be in order, you have to be able to contact and deal with them.

I think you are right. I called the number on my credit report again today and no answer. So weird to be a business.
