Ok so 2 months ago something came up on my credit report. Its a Collection Account from Cach. Since i did not recognize the account I disputed it online on the Experian Site and came back as verirfied. Weird cause i've never had an account with the Original Creditor that says on the CR. So I sent a Debt Validation letter and today I received a response. The account its not mine! The paperwork they sent me has another persons name( similar to mine) and different ssn. But they still wont delete from my credit report. What should i do now?

Might be worth doing a dispute via phone experian. Had a stupid issue like this last year, speaking to a human actually helped. She re-opened the dispute, looked at the info that CA submitted and agreed that it wasn't me. Sent the CA DV docs and got the account removed.
Just googled CACH LLC, real dirt bags that love to sue. Fight hard.
