I emailed the CEO and received a call within the hour from the executive office. We had a mortgage with them several years ago and had 180 late but paid them off in full. Also have 2 pretty substantial checking accounts with them now and thought that would seal the deal. However, I got the dreaded "its illegal for us to remove accurate information" speach. I guess I'll try sending a letter, but I'm a little discouraged seeing how so many people have had good luck with the executive office. I guess it just depends on who you get on the other end?
Again, if anyone had a success and has some additional contact info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
