CHEXSYSTEMS.....

Can someone please help me with this chexsystems problem i have...i received a denial from BOA for a checking and savings account, they stated due to i'm listed in Chexsystems, i disputed with them and received a letter stating the file was forwarded to the appropriate personnel for handling, If an investigation is necessary, we will contact the source of the information to request that they verify accuracy of the information they submitted to us. Back to the question...does this mean they verified the information or will start the investigation, have anyone else had this problem with Chexsystems before any and all assistance is appreciated...

To me it looks like they will try to verify and if they can't will investigate.

i was on chexsystems with bofa and i disputed with chexystems in writing, and  they sent me a notice stating they would verify the accuracy and investigate the matter, i received another letter from chexsystems within 30 days stating the investigattion was complete and they have already removed my name/file from chexsystems

Adourdomo...I Received the first letter from them stating they would send to the correct personel dept for accuracy, i hope i can get the same results within 30...keeping my fingers crossed..

Was your debt actually legit and they removed it due to lack of response from Boa or was it actually an error? I am trying to do the same thing with BoA so just want to know how meticulous they are? How old was the mark if it was legit?

Is it possible in the past that you might have had a closed checking account with a negative balance or an NSF?

I used a form i found on google...check it out...free checksystems removal!!

Looks like that site is from 2001. Did you have success after just sending Letter#1 or did yo uhave to go to Letter # 2 or beyond?
