Cach llc PFD?

Hi all, 

I recently discovered a collection account from Cach llc. On my CR. They are collecting for Capital One On a $948 debt. I would like to send them a PFD, if possible.  Does anyone have an email contact? Also, has anyone been successful negotiating with them? Thanks for the help.

They sued me about 2 years ago on a $3800 debt. One I got sued they would negotiate a lower payment. The person I was dealing with from their attorneys office told me if I PIF they would delete the collection from all 3 CRA. Being limited on time I agreed, paid the full amount. The account was only closed and marked paid with 0 balance. I called them several times about them saying the collection would be deleted, got nowhere. Filed a complaint with BBB and the account was deleted about 10 days later.

I recently had them on my credit report and paid $527.00 in full to be deleted.  I spoke directly with an CACH LLC representative who was kind.  I had to wait until the agency sent over to them my receipt which took a few days.  But once I called on Monday to confirm payment... She confirmed and stated she would request for deletion first directly with the credit bureaus which they would receive in 72 Hours. She stated she couldnt make any promises if they would honor which made me a bit nervous.  Just received an updated copy of my credit report via credit karma... and TU has deleted...  I am only waiting for Equifax which I also disputed with them directly attaching the fax I got to the dispute... Hopefully next week they will remove... but this is possible...  REQUESTED TO BE DELETED ON 1/9/17.  My TU went up 10 points from the deletion. Good Luck!
