Caine & Weiner debt ?

I have a debt with caine & weiner for 11K. They offered PFD (pay for delete), only if payment is made in full at once. They are willing to take 1,500 per month but they won't delete it they'll just mark it as paid on my report. I really want to make sure it gets deleted compleltly, but i don't have the 11K upfront. What would you guys suggest ? and has anyone had expierence with caine & weiner PFD ?

Tell them fine, you'll make a one time payment in full of $1500 for the pfd. Otherwise, they can go pound sand.

You will eventually owe that money however they take it fron you. Lowering your debts is good, but you will feel the negative effects of that derogatory for the full 7 years. If you magically come up with 11k, you absolutely need to get in writing that that is your arrangement: you pay X, they delete completely
