i have 3 accts on my report that are not mine from Express, The Limited, and Victoria's Secret. can i ask the the OC's to verify? are they required to do so? each CRA keeps saying the accounts have been verified every time i dispute them. these accounts are past the SOL for my state. the accounts have been sold to a collection agency but the collections are not on my report so i dont know how are why they keep verifying. every time the so called "verify" the account updates and changes to something different. i need to get these removed- please help.
