No offense, but you started your post that you know this is a shady question... and it was....you were called out on it. This is a forum where people are genuinely, legally, trying to fix their credit issues... there is a little gaming, but this isn't gaming. You took the money... legally, as to the contract, there is offer and acceptance. It's legally binding. Consult a lawyer on how to resolve the issue, not how to get out of the obligation.
